Léto bez bot? Proč ne! Chodit bosky je totiž nejen příjemné, ale taky zdravé, levné a občas i docela legrační. Moje nohy to zažívají každoročně – a začalo to jako bláznivý nápad v roce 2022. Jak jsem se na to (ne)obul
Poprvé mě to napadlo v roce 2022. Byl to takový spontánní „aha moment“, který přišel mezi třetím a čtvrtým šálkem kávy při čtení nějakého článku o přirozeném způsobu života. Řekl jsem si: „A co kdybych zkusil chodit bez bot?“ Jenže tehdy jsem to vzdal ještě dřív, než jsem stihl vyběhnout z města. No, nováček no…
O rok později už to ale bylo jiné kafe. Od půlky března do půlky října jsem neobul nic, co by mě oddělovalo od matičky Země. Bos, hrdě a bez výčitek. A od té doby se to opakuje každou sezonu – a je to čím dál lepší.

Vyrazil jsem na několik kratších i delších výletů – a světe div se, nohy to nejen přežily, ale i nadšeně tleskaly (v duchu, samozřejmě). Doporučuju hlavně lesní cesty, měkké stezky a občas i nějaký ten brod.
Pravda, dlažební kostky v historických centrech měst zůstávají výzvou. A občas se lidi tváří, jako bych si zapomněl nejen boty, ale i rozum. Ale co, každý máme nějakou úchylku. Někdo sbírá známky, já sbírám puchýře.

Začněte pozvolna: První den dejte nohám volno jen na pár minut. Nepřepalte to, nejste Rambo.

Vezměte si náhradní obuv: Pro případ, že vás bosý život přestane bavit už u zastávky autobusu.
Ignorujte pohledy: Lidi si zvyknou. A nebo taky ne. To už není váš problém.
